We ship Australia-wide. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment or order confirmation; delivery times vary by location and carrier. For bulk and pallet orders, freight is quoted per order — contact us for a delivery estimate to your site or warehouse.
Large or recurring orders may ship directly through our supply chain. We’ll confirm lead time and freight before dispatch.
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns on unused, unopened goods in original packaging may be accepted at our discretion; return freight is the buyer’s responsibility. Custom-sourced and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
