These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Westbound Industrial Supplies (“we”, “us”).
Prices are in Australian dollars. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude GST and delivery, which are shown at checkout or quoted per order. We try to keep pricing accurate but errors can occur; where a price is clearly incorrect we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, stock, pricing errors, or delivery limitations) and will refund any payment taken.
Payment is due at order unless a trade account with agreed terms is in place.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns are handled per our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where safety equipment (PPE) is supplied, the buyer is responsible for selecting product appropriate to their task and for ensuring correct use. We supply to the relevant AS/NZS standards and provide certification on request.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of goods or the cost of resupply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
